Spiritual growth is very important to our mission of building the found into fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Our spiritual growth opportunities include Christ Life Solutions, Alpha, men's and women's studies, as well as topical classes on matters like parenting, marriage, single hood, finances and much more. Marriage Matters

A 9-week workshop offered 3 times per year to equip couples who desire to make a significant investment in their relationship as well as promote healing for those who are experiencing marital difficulties. Each 9-week workshop varies, but combinations of the following topics are explored: God’s design for marriage, How our family of origin impacts who we are in our marriage, Recognizing and dealing with our defensiveness, Understanding our differences, Love Languages, Sexual Intimacy and many more.

Alpha Course

Alpha is a very fruitful ministry at The Ridge and we are very excited about the life change it developes. If you are wondering what Alpha is and whether or not it is an opportunity for you let us break it down for you. The Alpha course is a basic course on the Christian faith, commonly advertised as "an opportunity to explore the meaning of life". This is a chance for you to question the things that have you at a snag in developing a relationship with Christ and more importantly Alpha is a chance for you to seek out the answers. Our Alpha classes meet on Sunday evenings over a 10 week course.

Christ Life Solutions

Christ Life Solution is a 3 part support small group that has had nearly 100 people participate in already at The Ridge. Christ-Life Solution helps people develop true intimacy with Jesus Christ. For many, the Christian life has become a regimen of works sometimes accompanied by feelings of emptiness or failure to measure up. Many Christians feel stuck. They want more from their spiritual life, and sometimes strive hard for more, but they feel paralyzed. Christ-Life takes people off of the religious treadmill of constant striving and failing. Christ-Life helps people begin to draw from the all-sufficient and flawless work of Jesus Christ Himself. Power Groups

Power Groups are six-weeks long video-driven curriculum geared especially for men. The material is adapted for a 1 hour gathering to honor the many life commitments men have today. They are designed as “bridge experiences” for those who aren’t ready for a community group but are burdened by the many life & faith challenges men are facing in today’s culture. Following the 6 weeks, men will be given the opportunity to make several “next steps” including joining a regular men’s group, attending the 2nd wave of power groups in the winter, or simply making a renewed commitment to their faith and family.
